What documents and details do I need to apply?

The inquiry form on this page asks for your full name, mobile number, email address, business or shop name, GST number, city and state, your current business type, how many years you have been trading, and whether you already deal in similar products. Keep your GST certificate handy, as it is a required field.

Do I need a GST registration to become a dealer?

Yes. A valid 15-digit GST number is a mandatory field on the dealership inquiry form, because supply to a dealer is a business-to-business transaction and has to be invoiced against your registration. If your GST registration is still in process, wait until it is issued before applying.

Which products can I sell as an Almighty Agrotech dealer?

The full manufactured range is available to dealers under the ALAP and MILAP brands: power weeders, battery sprayers, manual sprayers, power sprayers, HTP sprayers, brush cutters, chaff cutters, rice mills, water pumps and Alap with Briggs units, plus engines, power weeder attachments, HI-Jet spray guns and lances, and spare parts. Can I apply if I already sell other farm equipment brands?

Yes, and it usually helps. The form specifically asks whether you currently deal in similar products, because an existing agricultural machinery counter already has the customer base, display space and service knowledge that a new dealership needs. Tell us what you handle today so we can judge the fit properly.

Is a dealership available in my city or state?

Applications are accepted from across India. The form asks for your city and state so your location can be checked against the dealers already appointed nearby. Where a market is not yet covered, an application typically moves faster than in an area that is already well served.

Do you supply spare parts to your dealers?

Yes. Spare parts are manufactured in-house alongside the machines and are supplied to appointed dealers, so you can keep fast moving items on your shelf and complete routine repairs without sending a customer's machine away. Technical assistance is available when a repair needs support from the factory.

How are warranty claims and replacements handled?

Manufacturing defects, transit damage, wrong products and in-warranty failures are covered by our Return & Replacement Policy, linked at the foot of every page. Claims are raised within seven days of delivery, verified within two to three working days, and a replacement or repair is completed within seven to ten working days of the product reaching us. Approved pickups are often routed through the nearest authorised dealer.

Where is Almighty Agrotech equipment manufactured?

All machines are built at our own plant at Almighty Gate, Lodhika G.I.D.C., Kalawad Road, Metoda 360021, in Rajkot district, Gujarat. Buying from the manufacturer rather than an importer is what makes direct spare-part supply and factory-level technical support possible for dealers.
