What's Covered

1. Manufacturing Defect

Product received with a defect caused during manufacturing, assembly, or quality control.

You received a different model, variant, or product than what you ordered.

Functional failure within the warranty period under normal usage conditions.

How to Raise a Return Request

Contact Us Within 7 Days

Call our customer care or write to us at aap@almightyagro.com with your order details and a description of the issue.

Share Photos or Video

Provide clear images or a short video showing the defect, damage, or incorrect product for faster processing.

Team Review

We will verify the claim and confirm your request eligibility within 2-3 working days of receiving all details.

Pickup Arrangement

Approved returns will be picked up from your location or routed through our nearest authorized dealer.

Resolution Fulfillment

Once the returned product reaches us, we dispatch a replacement or complete the repair within 7-10 working days.

Conditions for a Valid Return

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Product must be unused or used only enough to identify the defect.
  • All original accessories, manuals, and packaging should be included where possible.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.
  • Products showing signs of physical abuse, improper use, or unauthorized modification are not eligible.

Not Covered Under This Policy

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use.
  • Damage caused by improper handling, incorrect fuel/chemical, or non-standard operating conditions.
  • Products modified or repaired by anyone other than an authorized Almighty Agrotech service centre.
  • Consumable parts such as nozzles, blades, and filters subject to regular replacement.
  • Returns requested after the 7-day window (warranty service may still apply - contact us).

Warranty Service

If your product is beyond the 7-day return window but still within the warranty period, our 3,000+ authorised dealer network is available to assist with repairs and servicing.

  • Genuine spare parts are used at all service centres.
  • Warranty coverage and duration vary by product model.
  • Refer to the warranty card included with your product or contact us for details.
